Program Description

Foragentis provides one-time SMS messages containing helpful video overviews requested during customer service calls.

Consent Process

We obtain explicit verbal consent through this verified process:

1. Agent offers: "I can send a helpful video overview directly to your mobile phone via SMS."
2. Customer voluntarily provides mobile number
3. Agent requests: "Do I have your permission to send the video link?"
4. Customer provides verbal affirmation ("Yes", "Okay", etc.)
5. Agent confirms: "To confirm your permission for this one-time text, please press '1' on your keypad now."
6. System records DTMF confirmation with timestamp
7. Agent sends: "Thank you. Sending the link now."

Message Frequency
One-time service messages only. No recurring messages without additional consent.

How to Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt-out. No further messages will be sent.
